Using our proprietary technology, we utilized a multi-methodology approach to capture internal perceptions, ideas and improvements across global offices, implementing regular staff surveys to understand internal perceptions of key business values. We launched global employee experience surveys to understand performance across multiple European and North American locations.
Results are actively shaping internal culture, practices and training to support employee retention and successful recruitment across multiple office locations. The community has enabled the business to tailor necessary training to individuals, teams and departments, helping to reduce employee churn and support external recruitment. Also, the insights have been directly impacting business-wide processes and operations to promote cohesive cross-department, cross-country engagement, actively feeding into customer product and service development, with staff encouraged to participate in co-creation and concept testing to support successful market launches.
